Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual elements for various platforms,
including digital, print, and packaging, with a focus on product aesthetics. - Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to create
designs that align with product specifications and user needs, ensuring a cohesive visual identity. - Concept Development: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts
for marketing campaigns and projects. - Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all products and marketing
materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values. - Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and
adherence to project timelines. - Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to
ensure designs meet strategic goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on product development.
• Proficiency in design software (Coral draw and Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including product designs and marketing materials.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Experience with UX/UI design principles is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
